I've installed a new printer. Why can't I print from Thunderbird? ( Message is that the printer is offline. )
I can print using my network when using Word, Excel, etc., but can't print with Thunderbird. Message is that the printer is offline.

Open Tools/Options/Advanced/General/Config. editor, right-click the preference print_printer, Reset, OK, restart TB, Print a message, choose the correct printer, and see if it works.
