I cleared my cache and now the address bar no longer remembers history/autofills urls
I have the most updated version of firfox as of June 29
Yesterday I was having some issues browsing certain sites so I cleared only the cache (in the last hour) soon after that I found when I typed a url in the address bar it didn't autofill the rest. Then I realized even after going there several times it doesn't save the history (nothing shows up when you tap the little arrow) Basically I have to type a full url every single time
-In about.config urlbar autocomplete and all related items are set to true -Privacy settings are set to default (I do not browse in incognito mode) -I haven't installed any new add-ons, they all worked fine before clearing cache, which is the only thing I did before I saw the problem -Hardware acceleration is off -No issues with my profile files being corrupted
I've troubleshooted from every angle and still can't figure out why it won't autofill/autocomplete!

Have you tried refreshing Firefox? The Refresh feature (called "Reset" in older Firefox versions) can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your bookmarks, history, passwords, cookies, and other essential information.

Oh hold on, I'm sorry it did not work, I was using another browser by mistake somehow :(
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database (bookmarks and history) in the Firefox profile folder.
