Hmm. I get the same response. I need to spoof the user agent considerably (Firefox 17 works, but 24 doesn't) to be able to download/install the extension, so it looks that something is wrong with the compatibility data stored on the Add-on server. This could be a temporary glitch.

But its been working since last week.

I got a solution after scratching my head for couple hours.. The thing is just reload the the "livehttpheaders" window put the cursor right on the "cancel / reload icon " .. You gotta do this fast... or other you will not succeed. When the download button turns green, click cancel reload button. Do it very fast before the download button turns to "Disabled". Finally download the add-on without any problem. I guess its working on my side because am on a slow connection. Maybe this will help you.
