For months I have been receiving, "Mozilla Firefox not responding" and almost constant reloading. Restart will stop it for awhile but then it starts again. This has been going on for months.

Please update your AMD Radeon HD 8240 Video Card Drivers from the AMD Catalyst Control Panel or from here as you are running old drivers : https://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Please Update Flash Player Version: 27.0.0.170 Emergency Update plus out of date anyways : https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Your information was partially helpful. I still have the same problem but it is not as bad as before. I had Windows Vista before I got windows 10 and it was easy to work with but with windows 10 I am lost.

I do not reset Firefox, I just download another Firefox which works better and takes less time.
