I'm presuming you took a screen dump and then used a program like 'Paint' to turn it into a saved name.jpg file. Then attempted to upload in this forum question using the 'Add images 'Browse' button. Sometimes this can fail, so delete the image you are trying to add and repeat the action to upload. I get this error on occassion, but it does upload in the end.
