We have a company imap server with shared folders and subfolders. Colleages can see all levels with Thunderbird but I cannot. They do not know how they made them visible. I cannot find the answer on the forum. So hence my question: how can I make them visible?

Example of our folder structure: Finance Projects

 Company 1
    Product 1
    Product 2
 Company 2
   Product A
   Product B

Misc

I can see the first two levels (Projects, Company) but the level with the Products is invisible for me.

Well, 24 hours later they are visible. I did nothing, did not change any setting...

Thunderbird team, why isn't there an update button or something like that? It now just magically appears...

FYI, the Imap server contains probably somewhere around 100.000 to 1.000.000 emails, with total size of 170 Gb.

I'm running Thunderbird 52.6.0 (64-bit) on Ubuntu 17.10

it takes a while to download a million emails. good thing there is no update button, or you would have pressed it and started the update all over again.
