Where do I find the filters setting in Firefox Quantum 59.0.2? No "more otpions" drop down menu is associated with the options icon.
Can't find the ways to filter incoming emails. Really miss the People smart filter also.

I tend to say that by default, there is no such thing as a filters setting in Firefox, nor a "more options" drop down menu associated with the Options icon. Most likely, you were using an add-on for these purposes that has been disabled due to being incompatible with Firefox Quatum and up prior to updating Firefox.
Check you add-ons (Tools menu > Add-ons, or Options button > Add-ons, or Ctrl+Shift+A) for outdated add-ons and try to find a replacement.
For more information, see Firefox add-on technology is modernizing.
Unfortunately not all add-ons were updated to this new standard. Visit http://arewewebextensionsyet.com/ to check if yours were updated. Mozilla also created a feature to help you find a replacement for your favorite add-on. Read more here.
To find replacements for your legacy add-on:
- Click the menu button and choose Add-ons (or enter about:addons in a new tab).
- In the Add-ons Manager that opens, Click Legacy Extensions
- Click the Find a Replacement button next to your legacy add-on.
If a replacement doesn’t exist or isn’t helpful, please use this utility to find recommended alternatives. If you don’t find a suitable replacement, please head over to the add-ons forum for help. We expect legacy add-ons to continue migrating to the new WebExtensions standard, even if they missed the Firefox 57 release date.
There’s also a community-sourced list of alternatives on Google Docs.
Due to other changes in Firefox, Mozilla could not delay the switch to WebExtensions APIs. Mozilla Support volunteers are here to help you find alternatives to your favorite extensions. To start, use this utility to find recommended alternatives. If not, please head over to our forum to ask for help.
What add-ons are compatible in Firefox 57? You can search addons.mozilla.org for compatible extensions here: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/search/?tag=firefox57
How can I keep track of what add-ons are ready?
These are being tracked here: https://arewewebextensionsyet.com/
