Can't open Firefox. Did EVERYTHING, but nothing works.

Firefox shows the loading circle when I click on it, but it goes away shortly after and doesn't launch. My computer is not at fault because it runs everything else perfectly. I have uninstalled, restarted, and I can't do the new profile thing because Firefox doesn't launch and profile manager won't recognize the application.

Some problems occur when your Internet security program was set to trust the previous version of Firefox, but no longer recognizes your updated version as trusted. Now how to fix the problem: To allow Firefox to connect to the Internet again;

  • Make sure your Internet security software is up-to-date (i.e. you are running the latest version).
