Email download is blocked by one message that downloads over and over.
Emails on my laptop stopped coming in at 2:02 pm, 5/30. The same email keeps showing up and can't be deleted. I suspect it's a scam. I opened it because it was from a trusted site. My emails come in fine on my cell phone and iPad. Does this sound like a virus? Leslie K

Go to your providers webmail site and delete the problem message there.
