Would like to synch between Windows on desktop and Windows on Surface.
I only see synching to my Android device, but synching to my Surface tablet is what I want.

You can sync between installations of Firefox on Windows, Mac, and Linux as well as mobile platforms. The process of connecting Firefox on your Surface Pro to your Firefox account is similar.
