I can't see my cameras in Firefox Quantum 61. I´m allowed to enter the HIKVISION screen with all details but a message appears: "conexion no detectada" I didn´t find in your pages a solution to this problem. Someone says that I have to downgrade to an oldest version but I suppose there is a better solution. Please find attached a screen capture where you can see the error message.

Try posting the screenshot again.


See this support article. How do I create a screenshot of my problem? It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB.

Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
