Firefox would not open in windows 7, profile manager would not start, I already uninstalled and reinstall.

Profile manager would not start I opened the %appdata% and renamed the profiles.ini file Firefox still not opening.
scan your system with:
use malwarebytes in safe mode and normal mode.
I ran malware bytes.. identified two issues, fixed and Firefox is still not opening
