
Can't see a button to press to reset my password after downloading FF anew
Downloade FF anew and got into a bit of a mess - having to re-enter all my details three times. Finally made it to the
end and went to my email account to get the confirmation email. The instruction were simple "just click the button within the next hour to create a new password" Could not see a button anywhere on the email - clicked a few blue links but they weren't much use. Please don't tell me I have to start all over again

Hi, Thanks for the reply. I'm afraid I still get the same results when clicking on either of the two hyper links in the email. To the old account and a new one.

Are you trying to connect to your previous Firefox account to restore your data from Sync?
Note that you lose all data stored on the Sync server if you reset the password of the Sync account because only the original data can decrypt data stored on the Sync server.
Try to login to the Firefox account via this website.

Can you explain what you did wrong when you mention "having to re-enter all my details three times"?
Did you try to create a new Firefox account or did you have a problem to connect to an existing account or did you type the wrong email address?
Hi, I had problem connecting to my existing account, I did not find any thing amiss so I decided to change the password. Entered all the data correctly and reached the end clicked to save new password and ended back at the beginning with all boxes blank
