Hello, Try to run Firefox in compatibility mode https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15078/windows-make-older-programs-compatible Right click on the FF shortcut select Properties, and then select the Compatibility tab. Select a previous version of windows. Try to install the latest updates for your OS Let's me know if work
