update firefox with deepfreeze installed
I have 90 public computers that are frozen and will not keep Firefox updates once they are frozen. I can use a batch file to update Firefox. Does anyone know of a Batch file i can use that will work to update Firefox. Public Computers have Windows 7 and Windows 10 installed though I am working on updating the Operating systems to Windows 10. All are 64bit versions. Thanks

What do you mean; will not keep Firefox updates ? Is the program being deleted?
By frozen, do you mean the computers, or Firefox?
Did you use the updater within Firefox, or are you downloading the full installer?
Are these computers on the same system? What you could do is put Firefox, and other major programs, on one main system. And have the other computers call the programs from the main.
Many have reported issues using the 64bit Firefox. As a test, install the 32bit version on one system from; Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}
Deepfreeze is a program that freezes the computer so that when it reboots I is in the same state as it was when it started up. When a patron opens Firefox it updates the Firefox. but when the computer shuts down over night the updates are lost. I run batch files over night that will unfreeze the computers then run updates before it shuts down. I have been unable to find a way to update Firefox while it is unfrozen so it will be updated already when it starts up the next time. I am looking to see if there is a batch file that I can run while it is in a unfrozen state to do the updates otherwise I have to go around to each computer, unfreeze them do the update then refreeze the computer taking up a great amount of time. Firefox runs great with no issues with the 64 bit version. Thanks
You should probably be deploying the ESR version of Firefox, https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/organizations/. Is this the version you are deploying?
I don't really need it setup for an organization. Even if I did It would still not update because the computer is frozen. I would have to unfreeze all the computers and install updates then refreeze the computers. All I really need is for the updater to update at a certain time while the computer is unfrozen. NO special settings are needed.
You'll need to automate a deploy to happen. Usually, running the installer will be the best. You can't schedule the Firefox updater, you need to manually run the latest installer.
