drop down menus on websites blinking and i can't choose option

Hi- Im running windows 10 and using firefox and always use a private window and up until earlier this week every worked fine, but now on all websites the drop down menu just blink and I can't make a choice. I've tried starting in safe mode, uninstalling and re-installing and nothing changes. I've also tried refresh but nothing. Google chrome seems to work fine, but all my bookmarks are on mozilla and work has instructed me to only use mozilla/firefox with a private window and now I can't pay bills and etc.

Please help me...... Thank you in advance to anyone with any suggestions

Screenshot of what is happening? Also Chrome isn't firefox so they can't be really compared. You should go back to standard firefox that isn't that hard you can do it's own setting in there to clear history and cache and login as well.
