When creating a message, the signature adds two dashes -. At responding / answering, the signature does not add two lines. Is it possible to set a signature so that it looks the same when creating and replying to a message?
The delimiter is there so that when someone replies to your message, the signature is omitted from the quoted content - you don't need to see your own sig. It can be removed if you wish, but for replies you may see it twice if the sender's email program doesn't recognize the separator and doesn't omit the sig.
