Will clearing OSX Library/Caches delete the "restore previous session" data or not?

My whole computer is sluggish so I need to clear the cache file. But now that the Session Manager AddOn is dead, I have no other way to restore my 100 or so Tabs. So I DO NOT want to lose whatever file holds that "restore previous session" data. If its in the Firefox "Profile" file, that is NOT held within "cache."

Crickets? I'll be really pissed if this data is lost but my laptop is running at 180 degrees because a lot of crap is going on in the background and Firefox is doing it...

Session data is stored in sessionstore.jsonlz4 in the profile folder, so clearing files in the Cache location wouldn't affect files in the main profile location. You can backup files in this location.
