Firefox not creating logins.json and key4.db in user profiles
We are using Microsoft FSLogix for user profiles in a RDS environment. Firefox will not save login information for websites even though it does prompt. - "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" is checked - Saved logins is blank - User's profile folders appear to be populated correctly (compared to a PC setup) but not logins.json and key4.db files (not hidden either) - For testing, AV was completed disabled - Running 69.0 64 bit in client environment - Client primary web based application requires Firefox

Follow these instructions step by step.
1) [v57+] Places Maintenance is built into Firefox.
Type about:support<enter> in the address bar.
You will find Places Database near the bottom. Press the Verify Integrity button.
When done, copy and post the results here.
2) Reboot the computer.
Below is result for test user. This is RDS setup so servers cannot be rebooted during work hours. Users do not have administrative access to servers so Verify Integrity is isolated action against their profile. Logout and back on with test profile, still having same issue.

This has nothing to do with the places.sqlite database.
Any helpful messages about the login manager in the Browser Console is you enable signon debugging?
- signon.debug = true
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
Are you sure you looked in the correct location?
You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
- Help -> Troubleshooting Information -> Profile Directory:
Windows: Show Folder; Linux: Open Directory; Mac: Show in Finder - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/about-config-editor-firefox

I did not know if maintenance checked the login's files or not.
"Verify Integrity" only checks places.sqlite and favicons.sqlite like you can see in the first two lines of reports that are generated. You probably use the Places Maintenance extension with the old Firefox version you use that doesn't use favicons.sqlite and only checks places.sqlite.
