My download speed is too slow in all browsers

I usually have good internet, but recently after switching from chrome to firefox, i download at a speed of about 70 kbps. On speedtest.net, i get 90 mbps download so it should download faster.

I have tried safe mode and refreshing firefox but they didn't work Please help me try find a fix for this problem

It is possible that (anti-virus) security software is causing the problem. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Also, have your ISP test your service.
