Hi You can move the emails from one folder to another. Not really the whole folder, as there is an Inbox already active in the right location, busy receiving recent emails, and you do not want to mess that up. Looking at your image, there could be a very large number of emails to move. I would not try to move all of them at once. Do you really need to keep them all or could some be deleted first? Would she consider keeping a lot of the older ones where they are and calling that her old messages, and new messages only in the main Inbox?
