Hi! I have a corporate e-mail, and there are some strange problems with Thunderbird box. It turned out, that I receive messages from my colleagues too late. It takes around one hour or more to receive e-mails from them. And we don't know what is wrong. It interferes with my work (I'm a content manager). I don't know what else I can write. Our corporate e-mail domain is https://www.coffee-statistics.com/. I'm looking forward to hearing from you. If you will have any additional questions, I will answer immediately.

ASk colleague to send a test email.

Then log on to the webmail account for your email address using a browser to see if email is on server.

Right click on mail account name in Folder Pane and select 'SEttings' Select 'Server Settings' Q: Are you using a POP or IMAP mail account ?

Q: How frequently does the account in thunderbird check for new mail? Under Server Settings: Select: 'Check for new messages at start up' Select: 'Check for new messages every' and select '10' minutes' If POP: Select: 'Automatically download new messages' If IMAP: Select: 'Allow immedaite server notification when new message arrive'

click on 'OK'

Thank you! We are using POP mail accounts. 'Automatically download new messages' helped.

Sounds like someone changed some defaults, the defaults are automatically get mail every 15 minutes.

I did a quick test on the domain https://tools.dnsstuff.com (loading is often quite slow) if that is your mail domain, it is not configured to actually receive email from outside the organization.

If it is intended to receive incoming mail, an MX is required and an SPF record is helpful. The DNS does not appear to be configured correctly. Probably a job for Juan
