How come my emails (I have 3 separate emails) are not updating properly. Since mid December they have ceased to advance currently.

The system constantly requires installing the passwords again and again. I install a new one each time., but the system is not working properly, it is not advancing or updating the emails. This situation actually started approximately 2 months before. But I was able to install a new password and it would update. But this now seems to have ceased updating. Any solutions. Thank you Jeff G
