Invisible tick box
The tick does not appear in the tick box it is invisible/not selected everytime i click, this comes back as an error as the tick is not registering. I have recently updated Mac sofeware and it started happening after that.

Are you having the issues on a Mac or Windows?
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Do you otherwise have issues with check boxes ?
What element gets selected if you right-click this tick box and open the Inspector to inspect this element ?
You can right-click and select "Inspect Element" to open the builtin Inspector with this element selected.
