Where is my menu that was at the top of the page? Headings at the top of the page menu included drop downs include File, Edit, History, Bookmarks, Options.
After completing other instructions in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/quick-fixes-if-your-firefox-slows-down#w_firefox-hangs-or-stops-responding and I did this - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings And I started this - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode Still Firefox was too slow, hanging up and not responding correctly leaving me no other recourse but to uninstall and install again. It is still slow, somewhat better than it was. But now the menu I had at the top of the page is gone and I used it frequently. This menu included drop downs such as File, Edit, History, Bookmarks, Options. How can I get it back?

I hope the following steps solve your issue.
- Open FireFox
- Press Alt key (This opens the headings i.e, File, Edit, VIEW, History, Bookmarks, Tools, Help)
- Click View
- Select Toolbars
- Click on Menu Bar
Hope this helps.
