Hi Mike, what should a single-click do? I'm not sure it will be easy to set Firefox to be patient and check for a double-click instead of reacting to the first click. Hmm... You could take a look at add-ons that can modify the links to target a new window (or a new tab if you keep the default setting of diverting new windows to a new tab instead).
