Save Last Used Bookmark Folder
The New Bookmark dialog window should save the last used bookmark folder and use it for the next bookmark, both for one click and for double click on the bookmark star.
This should be standard functionality of any dialog window.
No add-on mimics this simple feature.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.
I think that you can get a most recent folder list if you click the first arrow on the Folder line to open list with some preloaded choices. The second arrow opens the full folder tree.
