Thunderbird is slow when connecting to the T-Mobile server.

I use thunderbird with my T-mobile account and every time i klick on the folders i get a spinner i use imap and all the settings are correct when i press on a folder i also get login account failed not every time but i see that thunderbird connects slow to the t-mobile server.
I reported this problem on the t-mobile forum and they told me that the problem isnt comming from their Email server.
I added my account to windows 10 mail and i dont see this problem.
On the T-mobile forum i explained my problem.

With Thunderbird 78.0 still the same problem.
Still a spinner on the folders when i click on them.
Just the standard install with no addons still this problem.
Also in save mode.
On my other pc the problem is the same.
When i click on the folders i see a short spinner but when i click on the folder undesirable (Spam) the spinner stays spinning.
The problem with getting the message in the above screenshot did not appear anymore with version 78.0.

I started Thunderbird i clicked from folder to folder and on the folder to send i now get a spinner that doesnt stop. This problem is random.
Edit:
Spinner is still spinning on the folder To Send this folder is empty.

With Thunderbird version 78.0 there is a new problem, the tekst in the emails are almost invisible.
