So it sounds like maybe you are having a few issues here. As far as the homepage goes, perhaps another program on your computer changed the Firefox homepage or maybe you did so unintentionally. The home page can be changed back to AOL from the Firefox settings page. See [[How to set the home page]] for more information. It also sounds like you have a website or page that you aren't able to close for some reason. Is it a specific page that's stuck open?
