I haven't seen that yet. I notice there is a reference to the feature in the following article on the Mozilla Developer Network. It mentions a way to disable the Accessibility Inspector tool -- maybe this will help: (1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button accepting the risk.
