Hello its been years i havent using this web browser. but still i have some data like bookmarks, and password that i saved in here.

but when i log back in with my account. all of them is gone, could you please help me ?

i already try to synchronize the device with my account. but its still nothing happened.

please help i have a search history, book mark, and password, from when i still in elementary school.

its very hearth breaking if its gone.

Hi Rachmandani, welcome back.

I guess you are using a new device now, so Firefox didn't find your old data when you (re)installed it?

If you are using the same device, it's possible that Firefox created a new profile. Could you take a look at this article for more things to check: Recover lost or missing Bookmarks.

You mentioned that you logged in to your Firefox Account, and that Sync didn't bring old data to your new installation. I don't know how long data is kept on Mozilla servers if your account is inactive. ??
