Updated to v78.3.3 and themes still don't work. Starts with correct theme briefly(less then 1 second) then goes to a white(basic?) theme. Happened after updating to 64 bit thunderbird.

The last version of Thunderbird to support full themes was version 60 some two years ago, so I must assume you are talking about the inbuilt themes.

In addons > Themes Thunderbird only offers default... light and dark. Which of those are you selecting that does not apply for you?

No theme works-it appears to have something to do with profiles of which I have 2. The default-release and the Default-User. The Default-User seems to work with the selected theme but I can't get it import any of my existing data.
