Most of us ignore those folders or drop them to the bottom of the Bookmarks Manager.

Most of us ignore those folders or drop them to the bottom of the Bookmarks Manager.
Some of those items can be removed via the right-click context menu.
Note that you shouldn't remove bookmarks that you see in a so called smart bookmarks folder like most visited is because such a folder shows the result of a query and removing items removes the actual bookmark stored elsewhere.
