Cannot write new email at all / not save draft

Hello i have a strange problem. I cannot write / send any email. When i try yo create a new email it open the new email but if send or save it.. it show me a message that it's impossible to save the email. And the email creation bar remains. I have try: - disable all extension - reinstall the software - create a new profile - start as administrator - Install an old version - check permission of profile folder

In Tools/Account Settings, Copies & Folders for the account, where are drafts stored? If it's a remote location, try "Drafts" Folder on: Local Folders.
