Greetings folk. I am a 78yr old computer dummy. I have just started using Firefox re the following https://www.casa.gov.au/aircraft/civil-aircraft-register/aircraft-register-data-files When trying to save the 2021 acrfreg.csv file I am unable to save to a dedicated file so my question is, is there any one out there that can explain what I am doing wrong and how to fix things Many thanks in advance Geoff

You don't say what you are doing and what is happening. Try right-clicking the file on the page (place the mouse cursor on it and press the right key - or left key if you are left-handed) and from the menu which then appears select "Save Link As". The browser downloader should then enable you to select a folder in which to save the file.
