Not able to play videos on BBC.com
I am not able to play videos on the BBC website using Firefox. The videos won't even load (see screenshot). I deleted cache and cookies, but still no result. What should I do? Thanks. Edit: I have also tried on normal privacy settings.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Yes, still there :( By the way, not sure if it's related, but I have also turned off fingerprinting in about:config and I reset the default user agent, cleared cookies and cache, and restarted but it still won't show.
Please provide a public link (no password) that we can check out. No Personal Information Please !
