Hey,

We have an issue running thunderbird 78.12.0.

We have 4 computers all running the same version of thunderbird, and all 4 computers have access to the same 4 office 365 mail boxes. The problem we have been having is if an email is moved, replied to or deleted etc on 1 of the PC's it's not showing up on the rest, unless we close and re-start thunderbird, then everything syncs up again, it will work fine for an hour, 2 hours or a day then stop working again.

No settings have been changed, and this just started happening around a week ago.

Any ideas?

Office 365 would have the same 15 minute limit of connectivity to the account as outlook I would guess. So with 4 users connecting at 15 minute intervals to get mail I see a denial of connection occurring as the average between connection would be around 3 minutes.

Hi Matt,

Thanks for the reply, this has not been an issue in the past, only in the last week. And we only have 3 PC's running at any 1 time.

Even clicking the Get Messages button does nothing, we have to restart thunderbird to trigger the download of new messages.
