I am not receiving certain emails. When I open my email address ( ... @dodo.com.au ) the number of emails appears in the inbox, suddenly that number reduces itself to over half. I am then able to access only those emails. Your programme is selecting what I am able to receive. The emails that disappear are often important and not subject to any spam. The only way I can receive these emails is on my phone through bluemail. Strangely, I have another email account on the same Thunderbird programme and don't have any problems. I have checked all my settings and everything is correct. Can you please explain why I am receiving only selected emails Regards Frank Pettengell

When this happens, do you only see new unread emails? If so, try View (Alt-V) - Threads Select 'All'

I only see some of unread messages. Setting have always been on Threads - All. Why is Thunderbird deleting some of my messages before I can get to read them?
