Is it possible to have different firefox accounts, hence different bookmarks, passwords, ... on different containers?

Hello! As I recall, you can't do this. But you can make different profiles in Firefox. You can sign into different accounts with the use of many profiles. More info and how to do it: Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles
