Netnol is repeatedly showing up when I try to use duckduckgo browser. How can I remove it from my phone? It shows naked woman with Chinese characters written at the top of the page.

As a first step, I recommend clearing the browsing history in Firefox for Android.
Open the Firefox for Android menu and select History. If you then tap the trash can icon at the top of the screen, the history will be cleared.
