Latest update doesn't open to last viewed email - now marketing splash screen
Latest update doesn't open to last viewed email - now marketing splash screen appears. How do I fix this so Thunderbird remembers that last viewed email and when restarted opens to this email instead of the splash screen?

You can turn the splash screen off at Tools>Settings>General.
Thanks David - then I get a blank screen not the last email viewed upon restart after closure
I am looking for a way to set the Start Page to the latest viewed email after closing Thunderbird
