TB wont send outgoing emails to the gmail account
have spent 4-5 hours on this over last month
have tried- disabling Avast antivirus, disabling firewall, changing ports, erasing and reloading TB

I think you also need SSL/TLS , not starttls

Your SMTP server needs to use OAUTH authentication.
Thank you- but didn't solve- my settings have "OAuth2" not OAUTH Set outgoing server to OAuth2 but problem remains (incoming servere already was OAuth2)
Any more suggestions appreciated!
