yahoo is not loading

www.yahoo.com will not load. Quote, "The page isn't redirecting Properly. An error occurred during a connection to guce.yahoo.com. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

How does this occur when I have not changed my settings? So, this is something Yahoo has done. I want to minimize how many cookies are on my PC, what do I need to do?

This fixed my problem. Settings > Privacy & Security > Browser Privacy > Cookies and Site Data > “Clear data”
