windows 7 file manager has been crashing multiple times per day for the past month. has never filed before for the 10 + years on y windows 7 software. i have submitted a cresah report and copied it onto a Windows word document
A problem caused this program to stop interacting with Windows.

FYI Windows 7 support has ended and it could be O/S related problem as well. svchost.exe and explpore are Windows system file not a firefox file. You should also post the crash report here as well so those with experience working with crash report can open and look at the report.
I'll ask the question... Why post this issue here? Do you feel it has something to do with Firefox? What troubleshooting steps have you tried? What are you doing before the crash? Does it happen under a different Windows account? Does it happen with Windows in Safe Mode? What security software are you running?
FYI, contrary to what was said earlier, Firefox still supports Windows 7. Others have reported issues between Firefox and Explorer.
