Make sure the website is not blocked on Firefox before trying to reopen it again. Also make sure that you have closed out any other tabs you have open in Firefox and all other programs you may have running in the background of your computer.

The same problem exists in our other PC. No other tab are open. The library search is direct t their web site, click on search a book and nothing displays. Same with FedEx, from their e-mail, go to tracking number, says cannot find info, Same on both PC.s Neither site is blocked. Library site functions well, except when attempting search. It seems both-those sites involves a search of some kind. Thanks

You need to provide the URL your using but with FedEx since that is private that can be show but personal info must be blacked out here before posting so other can verify with their FedEx login for their account if they see what your seeing.

As I said, no other tabs are, except perhaps e-mail with Fedex. With the library, I go direct to website. , which allows acct info, but is blocked when attempting a search. It is the same for 2 different PCs. Something in the Firefox software is blocking the search aspects. With UPS site, tracking works correctly. I have not blocked either of those 2 sites on either PC.
