Hello, my name is Nick Scarpa. I am trying to access my account at [edited] @valleygreenlandscape.com, where I also manage other user accounts. Instead, I am seeing my client's account/inbox.

Please clarify. It seem you log into your account in thunderbird, but you see someone else's account. Please post a screenshot of your server settings page. Do you use any identities? How do you manage other email accounts from within your account (as I am hoping that may be helpful in this)?
