Online banking no longer works after updates

After Firefox update 115.2.0esr (20230821110938) was installed on 9/8, I could not properly access my online banking accounts. Installation of Firefox update 115.2.1esr (20230912014149) on 9/16 did not resolve the issue. Can these two updates be uninstalled? I was still able to access my online banking accounts after Firefox update 115.1.0esr (20230724124053) was installed on 8/8. I want to revert back to that point to see if this will resolve the issue.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?

Yes, it still happens. I was told by the bank that it was having an issue with Firefox users, and I was advised to use Chrome or Edge. Then it said updates were being applied and that the issue would be fixed by 9/19. I'll give them another day.

Does it still happen in a new profile? You could also try refreshing your existing profile.
