After loading the latest update, I can't send emails. Spamhaus is blocking them. this is an example of the error message... this is a business I have emailed before and they are in my address book, it is doing the same with other addresses

I viewed the URL you posted and it states that your problem is that you are not using SMTP authentication on your outbound mail. I suggest you review and correct that and see if the problem disappears.

It says the SMTP is authenticated by password transmitted insecurely

I suggest setting connection security so password is secure and try again. Either ssl/tls or starttls should work unless it's a site that uses oauth2.
