I've asked this before with no help but I'll try again, why can't I get my email registered as safe to come in as safe senders inbox instead of in my junk mail. I've asked before with no response and don't believe there will be one this time either but one never knows. All I can do is try. Terry Penton

Email providers normally provide for an email to be marked as not spam and for filters to have the same result. This doesn't seem to be a browser issue.

You previously posted a similar question in the Thunderbird support forum, but didn't seem to have heard of Thunderbird, so you likely have a problem with an online email service.

What email service do you use ? You will have to check their FAQ or contact them for support.

I posted this question on the Firefox tab, I have no idea how it got on the Thunderbird support forum? My email is terry.penton@hotmail.com and that is where my problem lays at. All my mail keep coming in to my junk mail, than I have to sort it out and put it in my inbox where all my safe senders are at. I don't understand why. I didn't have this problem until I was forced to upgrade to windows 11. Help please cause Microsoft won't HELP.
