Reinstalling Thunderbird
Hi, I have had Thunderbird on my Windows 10 laptop successfully for many years. Today I added a new email account, but then Thunderbird kept losing connection. I thought I'd try uninstalling and re-installing it, but now I get the message that it can't be installed on my laptop. Anyone know how I can get round this?

Posting the full error message may prove helpful.
The image below shows the error window that comes up when I try to download the program - my laptop has Windows 10 and Thunderbird has always worked on it
